EDTA Glass Tubes

The EDTA Glass Tube finds extensive utility in the realm of Clinical Hematology. These transparent tubes can also be employed in a closed mode alongside direct sampling analyzers. Supplied with flexible, non-ridged pull caps, they come in clear glass with a purple color-coded safety cap, supported by a piston rubber seal. Each tube contains a Tri-potassium Dihydrogen Ethylenediaminetetraacetate (EDTA) solution, serving as an anticoagulant when the tubes are inverted for blood specimen collection. These tubes are available in various sizes and are offered in both sterile (Gamma Radiation treated) and non-sterile options to cater to diverse laboratory requirements.
